The whole building process may start as early on your site either before or after acquisition of property to discuss its suitability to your requirements.

There are many factors to bear in mind during the designing process such as;

• Inclusions (appliances, light fittings, floor coverings,

All of the processes can be dealt with by Street Appeal Homes, this could be ancillary fixtures to the home such as swimming pools, driveways, fencing, landscaping (including turf and gardens), ducted air conditioning, alarm systems, right down to the letterbox with the house numbers. We can organize the whole management of your project. We have facility to arrange soil tests and engineering, full drafting and design, certification, colour consultation, electrical advice (lighting, smart wiring) and any other needs you may require.

We offer a full fixed priced HIA contract which give you the piece of mind of No Hidden Costs the whole time while knowing your project is being directly co-ordinated  by the builder himself. Because of the builders accessibility, any site meetings can be arranged at any time to suit the client, to address any issues you have or maybe just to update the progress of the project.

After your home is complete we offer a full per handover inspection service the week prior to completion for you, the customer, to inspect the home at your leisure and then a final inspection on the handover day, with the builder, to make your acceptance of the home as enjoyable as possible.
